Hey just wondering if anyone uses resistance bands..... I have started using them its a nice little change to rep out.
Vie been looking to buy a good one but I cant seem to find good quality ones anywhere. Does anyone know were I might find such a thing

pm me i sell top quality ones in my store. they come with large hard plastic handles and weights up to 100lbs.
i charge $24.99 and for a extra $3 i will include the door hinge and then u can do every single exercise that you would do in a gym.

Hell thats a deal . after a few bills get cought up I wil get on one also , I am sure I can use it in the rig for when I am on the road for days on end

heres a pic and the weights of the different bands. so everyone can see what i am talking of. and a pic of the door hook.

• 4-10 lb. - Teal.
• 6-25 lb. - Purple.
• 8-35 lb. - Pink.
• 14-45 lb. - Magenta.
• 16-55 lb. - Orange.
• 21-68 lb. - Red.
• 24-75 lb. - Yellow.
• 26-82 lb. - Green.
• 28-90 lb. - Blue.
• 29-100 lb. - Black.

So do those gradually get to the higher weights the further you pull them ?
the only ones I have used were the real light ones in physio that would snap on me all the time

pretty much yes. you wont be snapping these anytime soon. the black is damn tough.

shorter range of motion will make each band harder too

Well mid month payday I will be sending you an email anyways this is now an added thing to the " must have list " cuz I can take it in the truck with me and set it up in the hotels ect

is there a deal if I order more than one ?? lol

but thanks .. now I have to watch that movie again . it took what 15 years or more to ge it out of my head :laugh


but on a seriouse note , when your on the road 15 hours a day ( including loading time ect ) and you sleep in the truck every other night , its nice to have somthing to use to keep a little active . I totally refuse to look like the " typical " trucker if you know what I mean
