Anyone ever heard of that franchise? Its the most ricidulous thing I've heard in a while. You can ring a siren if someone drops a weight or grunts, which gets them them kicked out. Only knowing about a place like that makes me want to firebomb it.

Exactly! And if you don't lke the rule's go to another gym, its that simple.

I was in New Brunswick a couple years ago and the gym i went to had a long list of don'ts. You could grunt, but quitely, lol.

At what point is somebody going to have to sue for discrimination?? I mean, if they ahd a sign with a crossed out fat ass that was sweating, with stink lines coming off. . someone would get sued.

That swhy hard core gyms need to come back .
Golds and Worlds have been following this ****ed line also , turning them into " fitness " clubs instead of a gym where its roots were originally
But the money is in the fitness group not the bbrs
Sure fitness clubs and gyms are totally seperate , just like a muscle car and a ferrari are completly different
I stay away from anything that has fitness in the name

besides with that no bodybuilder sign , that would be enough to know better to join a place like that

Man, really laughed out loud when I listened to that. They have an actual alarm? Picturing in my head someone pressing it, then seeing the fat ass staff walking around to make their citizens arrest "who did that?, who did that? Who just grunted? And calling the cops? Shit that`s funny. Makes me want to just go there and **** with them. Alladinsane seems to have a cool gym. Wish there was one here.

Okay grunting is fine in my books when your pushing hard .... but to grunt only so people look at you makes me wanna stomp on your ****ing head and then take a big shit on your face.
We have this ass donkey at my gym.. Which is a shit gym by the way "premier" and the 130 pound ass donkey grunts so loud the people in the cycling room can here him ... " look at me I have 5 pond DB up"

Ok this is the funniest thing I have ever ****ing seen in my 33 years alive:D
But in retrospect, looking at the parole officer, he probably did tell the manager to go **** her self :D good for him.
I know that IF that had happened to me, and she told me the cops were on their way---well I would have modified a few of the walls there ---if you know what I mean...make the charges more presentable on my arrest sheet hehehhehe

I know some gyms do not allow tank tops, only because they do intimidate the average poutine eating Shmoe Joe--no hard feelings to those who eat those things ;)

i have two flights to go down at my gym after leg day, and its funny. One day I am going to get the girl at the front to tape me. I have to hold on to the railing like an old man. Unreal.

Now.... there IS an elevator, but I will NEVER set foot in it LOL Thats for the fatties.
