its usually smooth , but if the site is really busy it gets choppy . Try later and it will probably be gtg.

i just pause it for 5 min or so before i watch it so it has time to load fully. then there is no pausing atall

Rashad was fast and very light on his feet. They should now have a Forrest vs Rampage II to see who gets to fight Reshad.

Well Im sure Rampage gets the next shot at the title again. That would be a great fight to watch as they both have serious power.
