Here`s something about Valentino I`m sure many of you will love to hear. On MD he boasts about how there is no one trainer who has the all answers concerning how to eat, train, take supps and drugs, and can`t say he`s wrong here. Then one smart person replied something along the lines of "Really, I was thinking of paying you the $200 for a program but with what you just said I guess I`m be stupid to do that." Ha, he sure shot himself in the foot.

You won`t be able to read that on the website because it was taken out today most likey by his request. That forum just lost some it`s integrity by editing out people`s comments at the expense of making one of their own look stupid. Something many would say he already does a good enough job of in the first place.

I don't know, while he might be right about no trainer having all the knowledge, it doesn't mean a professional trainer doesn't know more than you do. It goes in the same lines as mechanics not knowing everything in their field, pretty much like doctors, pilots, psychologists.. you get the drift

I can attest to this. My dad was a mechanic his whole working career. We drove some serious beaters. I remember once my dad showing my mom how to crawl under the van to beat the starter with a hammer to get it running. I don't believe that starter was ever replaced.

Ha. I had a Datson a long time ago just like that. Had to hit the starter when it was cold. If it ain't broken why fix it!
