What's up bros. :sup

Getting ready for some serious growth over here. The journey begins December 31st.

I'm gonna keep this log updated with my cycle, training and diet.

First, let's go over stats:

Height: 6'1
Weight: 190
Bodyfat:10%

Squats: 305 x 8
Bench: 235 x 8
Deadlift: 320 x 8

I'll be assisted by:

Week 1: Test-E (Aburaihan), 1g --> 2 shots of 500mg (frontload)
Week 2-11: Test-E,(Aburaihan), 500mg --> 2 shots of 250mg (every 3.5 days)
Week 1-4: GP Dbol, 30mg/day.
Week 1-13: Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
Week 13-17: Clomid/Nolva
Week 1-12: HCG, 250iu every 3.5 days

Will be using the following supplements:

-ON Whey and Casein
-Animal Flex
-Liver52
-Fish Oils
-Multivitamin

Will be posting the diet and training in a bit. I'm looking to do a lean bulk with this one. Lots of clean calories (focus on oats, yams, rice, chicken, eggs and beefs, olive oil) and higher than normal volume in the gym with emphasis on compound movements.

I hope this cycle is gonna be badass and hopefully this log will reflect that. :bch

1) Squat – 5x8
2) Leg Press - 4x10
2) SLDL – 5x8
4) Sitting Calf Raise / Standing Calf raises – 5x15

Day #2 (Triceps/Biceps)
1) Close Grip Bench 5 x 8
2) Bicep curls 4 x 8
2) Skull Crushers 4 x 10
4) Hammer curls 4 x 8
5) Ab work

Day #3 OFF

Day #4 Back

1) Rack Lifts – 5 x 5
2) Chins (weighted) – 4 x 8
3) Rows – 4 x 8
4) Shrugs - 4 x 10


Day #5 (legs)

See Day #1 - I really want to kill the legs.

Day #6 Chest/Shoulders

1) Flat DB Bench – 5 x 8
2) Incline DB Press – 5 x 5
3) DB Presses - 5 x 8
4) Side lateral raises – 4 x 8
5) Abs work

Day #7 OFF

And here comes the diet.

I'd really appreciate feedback on it. I was on the anabolic diet for almost a year so this will be a change. I was pleased with the AD but I think carbs will really help with adding some mass.

Your diet look very good overall,but for the Olive oil i would take Flax seed oil,or Udo's,there better fats.Also for your Omega Eggs there isn't much omege 3,lucky if you get 1 grams of omega 3 in there with four eggs.

Good call! I'm gonna replace the 2 tablespoons of oil before bed with Udos.

I'm also taking about 10g of fish oil a day.

You would be better off with Atlantic Salmon Smoked Fish,and don't get Pacific salmon oil.All omega 3 needs to be keep cold.The book from UDO is called:Fats that heal and fats that kill,great book to have.
You can get some Oil blend with Atlantic Salmon oil,and Borage,flax,sunflower,and Pumkin seed all together,some health food stores have it.

Just did my first shot. (frontloading)

Feel like I wasted a bit of gear - The test E is very thick and the smalest gauge I had to draw was 22g..so I kept getting air in the syrine and I lost a bit of gear trying to push it out.

Should have been 500mg but given how much I lost, it might have only been 400mg. I'll have to be more careful in the future.

I'm off to Loblaws...now comes the expensive part of the cycle: food.

Happy new year bros!

Just did my 2nd shot: 250 mg of Test E.

I've now injected 750mg in the last 24 hours and this completes the frontloading.

I'll now be injecting 250mg every 3.5 days starting with Sunday night.

Dbol @ 30mg/day will start tomorrow!

My gym was closed yesterday and today..can't wait to hit the iron tomorrow!! :bch

dont worry about wasting abit of gear to get the air out, it happens to me all the time but you'll get a hang of things.

people generally front load with a quick acting ester. Front loading test 3 of 750mg won't do anything.

I'm hoping it will - I got the frontloading scheme from: http://www.warriorfx.com/2007/07/front-loading-steroid-cycles/

According to it, "Blood testosterone volume is immediately elevated and reasonably stable the first week with the front load."

olive oil and flax oil should be taken at the same time to maintain balance as they are both different acids, that need to maintain balance...Olive oil is oleic acid and flax oil is omega 3. omega 3 fatty acids are: α-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)...

Had a great legs workout yesterday. Strength isn't up greatly but it felt i had more endurance and although I was there for almost 1.5 hours, I felt like I could have kept going.

I'm having a really hard time getting quality sleep though. I usually get 8 hours every night...falling asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.

But for the past 2 nights, I've been struggling to fall asleep and I wake up around 4am wide awake...

I'm tired during the day though so I definitely need more sleep.

I hope I can sleep tonight..I wonder if it's the test?

Ya you can get them all mixed in one bottle at a health food store,or you can just get Udo's it about the same.

Cycle is going well.

I'm not sure if I would use the same frontloading scheme that I used. I am only 10 days into the cycle and have already gained a lot of size (water)...My arms are almost an inch larger...not sure if I would have seen results from Test-E this quickly without frontloading. My strength isn't really up yet but my endurance is definitely up...I can workout longer and I've reduced my rest times between sets.

One of the downsides of frontloading (and "shocking" my body with 1g of test within the first 4 days) was that I got a bit of test flu. I wasn't really sick but I felt like shit and very tired...with a hard time sleeping. I'm now feeling 100%.

Also had some joint issues flare up early last week....My wrist has bothered me in the past (not sure if it's tendonitis or some tendons/ligaments). I suspect that the arimidex, which I started on day 1, might have "dried me out" and contributed to it....Note to self to wait a few days into my next cycle before starting the a-dex so that there is actually extra estrogen to offset.

Started the GP Dbol last night. I waited a few days longer than planned before starting it because I wasn't feeling a 100%. Starting it at 30mg and I'll adjust based on how I feel.

Next shot is planned for tomorrow..I'm using my quads only - Seeing as I'm alternating between right and left and each shot is only 1cc, am I ok only pinning quads? (I'm lucky to have quads that like needles..)

Until then..TRAIN HARDER!!!!

Forgot to mention...I don't know if it's the dbol that I just started or the test E kicking in, but my appetite is through the roof.

I had a big dinner and was starving a couple hours later..ended up going to Subway and getting a 12" Turkey Sub with Chocolate milk and 2 cookies...we'll count that as my cheat meal. ...and I'm still hungry.

Fighting what seems to be a cold - It's not too bad so far so it shouldn't prevent me from working out. I'm loading up on Vitamin C and trying to get plenty of rest.

I've started up the a-dex once again. I suspected it might have been responsible for sore joints when I started it 2 weeks ago. I'm not bloated now (keeping sodium down and drinking plenty of water) but I figure it wouldn't hurt to take 0.25mg EOD...it's a very low dose but it's really just for prevention more than anything. I'll increase it if I see that estrogen is becoming an issue.

Did my shot tonight. Left quad. Had to poke 3 freakin' times...i got 1/3" the first 2 times and it was painful as hell.... I moved about an inch higher up my quad for the 3rd poke and it went in easy.

As a note...I'm a bit reluctant to blame the arimidex for all my aches and pains, but I took a very low dose last night (0.25mg) and I noticed that my joints are feeling a bit drier than normal today. Arimidex has a half-life of about 48 hours so I don't see how 0.25mg could **** me up in only 24 hours but my elbows didn't feel normal tonight at the gym..

'm fighting a cold yet I still had a shitload of energy at the gym tonight. If anyone is reading this..how long does it take you before you start getting some of that 'retard strength' everyone seems to rave about on dbol? I'm on day 5 and haven't really felt a huge increase in strength yet..

Seems like I'm not 100% over this cold. Had a good legs workout today though. Was in the gym for almost 2 hours....definitely killed the legs.

Strength is definitely going up (been on the Test E for 2 1/2 weeks and Dbol for 8 days).

First cycle in 5 years :) First cycle consisted of QFS Test and EQ. This is my first time trying dbol.

Did another shot into my right quad this morning.

Had an awesome arms workout this morning. Had an amazing arms pump - Gotta love the dbol! :)

Spent all day with the girlfriend Sunday so I wasn't able to spread my dbol over the course of the day...made the mistake of taking 20mg before bedtime...didn't fall asleep until 3am...

My 4 weeks of Dbol ended on Saturday. While I put on a lot of weight and my strength went up from it, I don't think I'll be using it again in future cycles...feels dirty and prevented me from doing any real cardio.

Had my first workout on Test-E alone today and felt good. Strength is still going up.

Good log TH. If that Test is thick might I suggest heating it first? Just run the syringe under hot tap water for a few minutes. Make sure you don't contaminate the needle. Leave the needle cap on it. This will make the oil thiner and make it easier to get the air bubbles out without wasting much gear.

Yeah, that's what I've since been heating it and haven't had any troubles drawing.

I let the amp sit in hot water for a couple minutes before I open the amp...it's sterile and makes the oil a lot more liquid.

Got some blood work on the way :) (I want to get in the practice of getting blood work pre/during/post cycle)

Should have the results by early next week.
