Hi. Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm new to posting on internet forums, but have lurked around on a few. I decided to start posting because I like the "feel" of this board with it being Canadian and relatively small (although that seems to be changing fast). I've been in the iron game for about 5 years with the last 2 getting my nutrition dialed in properly, which for me has been key for making any gains at all. Haven't done any AAS before, but I can foresee doing a cycle in the future when I finish all the proper research.

Welcome to the board...it is always a great start when you have your diet dialed in. Good luck researching and if you have any Q's start a thread and you will get all the help you need.

Its good you learned, Nutrition is key to making steady gains, alot fail on this part and blame other aspects of the equation

Thanks for the welcome guys.
Before I had any clue about nutrition I would either gain too much fat and loose all muscle/strength gains while cutting, or make no progress at all. It is nice to have made some steady gains the last couple of years.
Currently in the middle of a cutting cycle. I've dropped 10lbs so far and strength is actually up. Not significantly, but hey, what can you expect. I've got about another 10lbs to go. Damn I hate dieting. :(
