Why are Americans so fat? Two words: fast food. What would happen if you ate nothing but fast food for an entire month? Filmmaker Morgan Spurlock does just that and embarks on the most perilous journey of his life. The rules? For 30 days he can't eat or drink anything that isn't on McDonald's menu; he must wolf three squares a day; he must consume everything on the menu at least once and supersize his meal if asked. Spurlock treks across the country interviewing a host of experts on fast food and an equal number of regular folk while chowing down at the Golden Arches. Spurlock's grueling drive-through diet spirals him into a physical and emotional metamorphosis that will make you think twice about picking up another Big Mac.

i cannot lie, i use to love McD's, and UNTIL i saw this, i had it at least once a month... after watching this, i have yet to eat McD's or any other fast food place since.... 4/5years

It's not that bad. Everything in moderation right. Depends on what you order too. I worked there while I was in high school and I only ate the grill chicken w/o sauce, sometimes on a whole wheat bun. It's the people who go there every day and bring there kids that run into problems.

double 1/4 pounder with CHEESE AND BACON
large fries
10 piece mcnuggets

without looking, i am thinking 2000 calories. 1/2 prob from fat. and the ****ing sodium....holy, man is there ever a lot of salt

lets just say i dont do that often LOL

There was more, but all I can remember is:
-depression
-loss of libido
-nearly 10% increase in body fat
-very high BP

that movie was soooo nasty. i like how the fries didnt ever go bad. looked the same from day one till like 2-3 weeks later lmao

Watched it while eating mcdee lol
Mc chicken helped bust the 200 pounds plateau when i was younger thank you mcdee
5 mc chicken post workout was pretty great in those day but now i try to avoid salt make my face look funny :(

during the whole movie i was craving mcdonalds badly. I also think hes a pussy for getting sick off the stuff.
