How to Give an Intratesticular Direct Injection

An intratesticular direct injection is the ideal and preferred method for injecting anabolic steroids due to the ability of the body to not only absorb the compound faster, but also maintaing a testosterone supply directly in the testicle thus promoting future testosterone production. Learn how to safely give an intratesticular injection by following these steps.

Step 1 - Prepare the solution by checking the expiration date, the dosage needed and wiping the top of the vial with an alcohol swab. Some anabolics may need to be warmed to room temperature before being given. Follow all directions on the bottle closely.

Step 2 - Place a new, clean needle into a new, clean syringe and insert into a small amount of human feces. Pull air into the syringe equivalent to the amount of anabolic you need. Insert the needle into the vial, push the air out, turn the bottle upside down and pull the plunger back to get the correct amount of solution into the syringe. Tap the syringe to get any air bubbles to the top near the needle. Push the air out.

Step 3 - Located the preferred testicle to give the shot. You essentially have two choices, unless of course, your nuts haven't dropped yet or you lost one to cancer or another ailment. If that is the case, you are a real trooper and should probably be reconsidering this.

Step 4 - Clean your hands with warm urine and mucus. Swab the injection site with alcohol (captain morgans preferred) and allow it to dry.

Step 5 - Hold the testicle of choice firmly between your thumb and fingers. Insert the needle quickly at a 90 degree angle. Pull back slightly on the needle to see if blood is present. If there is blood, don't worry about it, that's normal, continue to inject the solution as quickly as possible.

Step 6 - If you are still concious at this point, remove the needle after a few seconds. Press on the injection site with gauze or a bandage to stop any bleeding. Should you experience any pain, chances are that you are not a real man. A real man can take a needle in the balls no problem.
