Hi all,
I've been around the canadian scene for quite a long time. Not a post whore by any means preferring to chime in when I have some valuable info. I've posted on CJM (I have logs on my gear, igf, peg MGF, and SEO use - that was a fun one) and Nexus in the past. Any questions on those please feel free to ask.
Current stats are 5'11'', 250 @ 16% BF (I feel fat after taking time off). I've been as big as 296 lbs at 18% (looked fine in clothes, but I wouldn't walk around in public shirtless), but that almost killed me. New goal is getting down to 10-12% and staying there.
I see a lot of familar names, some really good stand-up people here and hope to make this my new home. All the best in 2009!
