i've injected many times. is it posiible i got an infection after one. i could have a lingering flu but since last Tuesday I have felt like crap. see my doc right?
no absesses, just sick, really tired. no appetite. i haven't had the flu in years. makes me wonder?

Dude i dont know where you are from but in here flu is rampant, and alot of gym rat right now are actually propagating the flu and sneezing/caughing on all the equipment, soo go get some vit c as in a gram after workout, eat your veggys get your sleep and if you want a kick for your training hit something with ephedrine in the morning, shorten your workout and try to eat. If you cant eat then you need to take some rest from the gym bro take a week off dont stress it. If you want to help your immune system bro i been reading a bunch of stuff about alkaline diet and it seems the way to go for people like us who like to push our body to the limit try including green + to your supplement regimen it really helped me out with energy lvl digestion... I am no doc those are just my 2 cc

I agree prob nothing to do with your shot.... I've had the flu for a week and am just feeling better now...
A flu from a shot of say prop or something usually lasts only a day or two at most and if you had an infection you would know because of the site you injected in...

^^ I hear ya, every bone in body hurts. Holiday shopping, flu season, tough to avoid getting sick.
