Hey Everyone,
i'm new to the board, i'm a member of alot of other boards but i rarely post! i find the search button quite useful lol
anyways, i've been training for a number of years, but have had a few set backs in the last few months (school, broken hand, etc)
It's been quite depressing since i've been back, my lifts are WAY down and it's just been driving me to train harder! my lifts are down 25-30% from 4 months ago...anywho, a little about me..
I'm currrently a grad student at a canadian university doing my masters in nutrition/exercise/metabolism...
i'm not sure what else to say!

i look forward to meeting everyone,
Thanks,

-jsv

Well my research is geared toward diabetes right now (incretins),
I'll post some articles and such in the not too distant future. i have a strong interest in strength development and endurance training...
