Is that during some kind of loading phase or after creatine phosphate stores are saturated? What amount is taken per day. How much water do you consume daily (metric or imperial is fine). I need to know.

This isn't an exact science, just wondering approximately. I can pretty confidently say I get about 2-3 pounds of water from mono no matter if I take in 20 grams daily or if I take in 5 grams daily. Might take a bit longer to happen with the lower dose obviously.

Personally creatine mono is my favorite creatine. I find guys in the gym say "creatine mono gives me some water, I find I'm more puffy, but such and such creatine I lose weight on and look more solid". I think it's a bunch of bullshit, just what their mind is set to b/c of all the magazine ads, etc and the guy at GNC telling you that shit.
