Apperantly throwing a shoe at somebody is the biggest insult ever...in the Muslim world anyway.

Yep, if the guy had been serious about actually hitting Bush he would have soaked his shoes in booze and then coated them with blow, the two things the W can't avoid.

He basically told bush he didn't live up to his responsibilities to take care of the widows and orphans he created. Tradition states he was supposed to slap him with one sandal and spit on him, but he knew he couldn't get close to him to do it.

BAGHDAD - Thousands of Iraqis took to the streets Monday to demand the release of a reporter who threw his shoes at President George W. Bush, as Arabs across many parts of the Middle East hailed the journalist as a hero and praised his insult as a proper send-off to the unpopular U.S. president
FANTASTIC

I am not in love with bush, but look at it this way.
Mr Iraqi reported now has the civil right to throw a shoe at a foreign leader and not get tortured and killed for it.. 10 years ago.....Mr Shoe boy there would be getting ****ed up real bad by Saddam's boys. Mutilated and killed.
The civilian deaths would not be 1% of what they are if it wasn't for Iranian influence, and their own inbred lust for blood, so I would say the war has left the people of iraq better off. the sooner the US leaves, the sooner they can quit killing themselves in the name of Jihad, and then everything can go back to normal, except now....with the existence of an Iraqi charter of human rights.
