Yeah. Clearly defined teardrop, too. You do a lot of front squats and/or lunges?

I will be posting my full leg routine this weekend....thank you all for the nice posts...they are welcomed:)
No front squads, but love to do lunges---those are killers to me, specially because of how I incorporate them.
I also do a lot of "toes in"

thats what she said (regarding the "toes in")

lol

Lunges are great. In the 80s I think we used to look at them as a "girl's exercise." I never did them until this year. I think it was reading about Branch Warren doing them that convinced me they were now a "manly" exercise to do. It's probably no coincidence that, until I started doing lunges I always had those turnip-shaped thighs. Since adding them in, I've finally added some meat around my knees (and some shape to my ass). My wife is digging that.

Looking forward to reading your routine, B2J.

Ok, I will post up my split leg routine. I have been implementing similar idea since 2-3 years ago, and I believe that the changes made, helped me surpass the 200lbs mark and into the 250s mark.

I normally start with a 10 min easy bike session, just to get blood flowing.

A quick stretch--lower back, hams, calves, lats, and shoulders.

Squad with bar: (set 2 10lbs plates on the ground, and squad with heel on the plates--toes in--JUST a little bit inside shoulder with stance)
-1 set X 15 with 135lbs---
-2nd set X 12 with 225lbs--
-3rd set X 8-10 with 365lbs (my max has been 495lbs)
-4rth set X 12 with 315lbs

Leg press: (JUST shoulder width, and with toes pointing straight--no angle, sometimes a little bit inwards)
load up the machine with 10 plates---first set of 20 ensuring knees come to chest
-14 plates x 15
-20 plates x 10 (my max has been 26 plates)
-16 plates x 12
-10 plates X 15-20

By now I am pumped 7/10

Leg extensions: (TOES pointing INWARDS at the peak of the movement and flex that muscle hard)
-160lbs x 15
-200lbs x 8
-200lbs x 8
160lbs x 12

Lounges: (legs are shaking and really pumped 9/10--toes inwards)
-80lbs bar, and I walk 24 steps X 3 sets

CALVES: I do them two times per week--once with quads, and second time with ham strings.---not always within 7 days

Calves: (toes pointing inwards where you see a "*")
-sitting down 4 plates x 12
-sitting down 5 plates X 10
-sitting down 5 plates X 10
-sitting down 4 plates X 12

(note that I often use the leg press machine for calves)
-20plates 4 sets of 15---pyramid down style from 20 plates to 14 plates--
20 plates
18 plates
16 plates
14 plates all sets of 15 TOES straight up and down.

donkey calve raise:
4 sets of 12 300lbs

At this point in time I am feeling very weak.
I walk for 15 mins at 5.0 pace
then bike for 20 minutes at a pace of 120mph

I do not touch ham strings, I do ham strings on a different day--where back muscles are not sore.
I also HIT calves with ham strings.

Regular cardio:

1 session of 35 with legs
2 seperate sessions of 20mins on the bike (with chest, or hams, or back....)

5-10 min cardio on the bike--
Ham strings:

-bend overs with 50lbs on each hand. NOT stiff legged, but semi bent X 15
-140lbs (dumbbells) X 12
-180lbs X 10
-140lbs X 12

leg curls:
-140lbs X 12
-160lbs X 10
-160lbs X 10
-140lbs X 12

I sometimes do the single leg curl, but not very often.

Stiff legged:
-4 sets of 12 with 145lbs (the bar and 4 25 pounders)

Calves movements similar to quad day---see above.

20 min session on the bike at a fast pace.
