What are your thoughts on the pulumbo method? how would you inject 11mcg bilaterally ED?
would it be better to just do 40mcgs bilaterally PWO?
lastly, is IGF like insulin where you have to monitor your diet and eat certain things at a certain time?

i have only ever heard ONE person say palumbos is any good and ironically, he shares your exact name, and was at EST.
it probably is, with 100% top grade IGF.
I have played with IGF a bit, and read a lot. I noticed affect after 50mcg pwo ands suggest 100mcg, IM injection with slin pin in the muscles worked. When I say PWO, I mean within 15 minutes. I would pin in the gym often.
Can't remember the science of it all, but your muscle cells are most prone to duplicate at this time.
Igf1 requires IM injection in muscles worked
IGF Long R3 is sytemic, but pin it same way, because why not....
it is not insulin, so diet is not critical, just follow your regular routine.

pin IGF
take carbs
rest
eat

reconstitute in AA only.
Refridgerate.
Mix with NaCl prior to jab. Take IGF into pin before NaCl so you do not contaminate vial

I found no difference in 60mcg and 20mcg pwo.

I've run 40 or 50mcg post workout as said but just started 100mcg 3X a week to see how that goes. Not using NaCl this time either and have very little sting, less than when I diluted it for some reason.

Cant remember exactly where but i readed that you shouldnt go to high a dose of igf-1 because your muscle can take only a small amount and the rest will go work on something else and make it grow in the long term.. such as your intestine... Lemme try to find back where i got that info.. Other then the fat loss people shouldnt see a difference in growth until 6 month later anyone else heard about those thing?

Be careful with this. Straight AA injected IM can damage muscle tissue. That's the whole reason for diluting it with B. water or sodium chloride, to lower the PH before injecting.

Originally it was thought and this is based on Grunt's theories that IGF-1Lr3 could induce "hyperplasma" or a splitting and multiplying of the muscle cells. There is no research to support this though and some "knowledgeable" people on the subject have stated that "hyperplasma" does not occur at all with IGF-1Lr3 and that the results from IGF-1Lr3 are entirely systemic.
I am on the fence with all of this. Although i only have limited experience with IGF-1Lr3, i have noticed that i am more pumped and full on it. The next morning after a PWO shot i wake up pumped like crazy. Another thing i noticed was arm growth about 3-4 months after using it. I have always had a hard time getting my arms to grow and i definitely noticed a growth spurt in arms some time after running Lr3. Whether this was actually a result of the Lr3, I cannot say for sure but i may try it again one day just to see if it happens again..

There is no question that abuse of peptides can/will grow intestines. The guys who have GH GUT though, are likely running more then we would EVER even discuss here let alone try.
Doing a 5 on 5 off rotation of IGF at 100mcg PWO is about average with most routines.
MY ONLY concern is cancer cell growth, namely prostate cancer. IGF-1 can trigger prostate cancer cells to multiply. For your info: Some medical studies for IGF treatment afford doses as high as 10mg/KG of bodyweight/day. More then we will ever see let alone take.

IMO Lr3 does little for muscle growth. Its great for fat loss, tendon repair and glucose transport but has little effect on muscle growth.

i spoke with an endocrynologiste yesterday for my son about is upcoming hgh therapy. I asked him what was is take on ppl using hgh for health and wellbeing, longevity he said ppl need too watch their colon and prostate for cancer. So guy hit the fiber and hit the girl ed lol

Good point. the only proven way to reduce likelihood of prostate cancer is to ejaculate regularly.
