Heres a diet i put together for my girlfriend. Shes 120lbs and about 15-17%BF. Let me know what you think.:fback

Goal: Lose 10lbs in 4 weeks
------------------------------

Daily Plan:
-Keep it simple, no cheating, make your diet a priority.
-Prepare your meals for the next day every night. This is crucial for success.
-Drink only water.
-Timing is key, you must spread your meals throughout the day evenly.
-In between meals you can snack on rice cakes.
-Cardio is recommended every day, minimum of 20 minutes with medium intensity. Find the time.
-Abs are to be worked out every 2 days, push yourself hard every time until failure. Failure is when you cannot complete 1 more situp. You better be sweating!
-Supplement daily with a multi-vitamin, omega fatty acids, ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin.
-Every week you get 1 cheat meal.

Meal 1:
Protein shake- 1 Scoop
3 Eggs- Scrambled
1 cup cooked oatmeal- No sugar

Meal 2:
1 Whole wheat wrap with chicken breast or turkey- Light mayo (1 tsp max) and mustard
Handful of assorted vegetables- No dip
1 cup of fat free yogurt

Meal 3:
Tuna sandwich on sprouted grain bread- Light mayo (2 tbs max)
Handful of assorted vegetables- No dip

Meal 4:
Handful of turkey breast or chicken breast- No sauce
Handful of whole wheat pasta- Lightly dressed with parmesan cheese or tomato sauce

Meal 5:
Handful of turkey breast, chicken breast or fish- No sauce
Handful of rice
Handful of steamed vegetables

Meal 6:
Protein shake- 1 Scoop
Garden salad- Lightly dressed (3 tsp max)
Handful of assorted vegetables- No dip

what is her current diet..this may be putting more cals in her than before, but you also have eca so from that alone you should see + changes

Right now shes eating pretty dirty... my dick hahaha... no jk haha. But she eats fast food maybe once a day cause she works in the mall and she doesnt bring lunch to work.. Usually for dinner she eats what I eat and right now its like pizza, chinese, vietnamese, lots of rice!!. She's got a sweet tooth and loves to eat candy when shes baked. haha.

This diet will be one giant leap for her. Im thinking every week slowly cut the amount of carbs just to gradually ease her body into the change.

I hate bitches who are on "diets" and all they eat are like fruits and yogurt. Girls like that are bad when it comes down to sex cause they have no energy.. haha. I gotta keep my gf pumpin and thumpin.

eating fast food everyday...tell her stop being so lazy and make lunch, whats ten mins out her day to prepare lunch ....

yea this Diet will put her in line. She'll get serious on it cause we're goin on a cruise in February and she wants to look good. Shes lazy, but I am too so I can't be so hypocritical. She may eat Fast food but often its healthier choice fast food like subway or Opa or choosing salad instead of fries, shit like that.

meal 1 - 25g whey 1tbsp all nat p/b
meal 2 - 5oz lean meat (chicken, turkey, white fish) 1/4 cup almonds
meal 3 - 25g whey 1 tbsp all nat p/b
meal 4 - 5 oz fatty meat (beef, fatty fish)
meal 5 - 3 whole eggs
meal 6 - 25g whey 1 tbsp all nat p/b

carbs look a little high to me.


Ya were on the same boat,lady's need less than men.More veggies are needed.Your ortmeal is a big bowl 1 cup of Dry? that would be 60 grams of carbs.
Pasta isn't be best carb source,brown rice is better.

snacking on rice cakes could quickly become eating 5 bags a day

most multi-vitamins are pieces of shit, no need for aspirin

usually best to make this the last meal of the day so it doesn't accidentally turn into a cheat day

Give her this for a diet . Tube steak 3-4 times a day folowed by protien shots
