I took my blood pressure yesterday, and I am concerned; I will retake it today however, he is what it was yesterday

SYS 151
DIA 85
PULSE 75

My systolic is in the hypertension range and I am kinda concerned, however I am not bloated, havent thrown on abunch of weight, and I do cardio regularly..

I had my blood lipids taken recently and my doctor said they are they best he has seen, my HDL was very high LDL is low range and VDL was very low..

Think it could be unrelated to gear, training, and diet? I am in university and have my exams right now... Think that could be it

Exams can raise your BP due to stress. A lot of times if everything is in normal ranges, high bp is genetic, and stress can add to it. How is your diet looking? Are you eating a lot of high sodium ready to eat foods? This can add to the issue, especially frozen food and canned soups. What is your caffeine intake? There are a tonne of factors. One that came to mind is are you using the right BP cuff? If your arm is over 13 inches you need the large cuff, if its over 17 you need the XL cuff. The improper cuff will skew your readings.

I had to use the forearm cuff, my arms are not very big about 17.5 or so... But they didnt have a cuff to fit my arm, so they used a wrist cuff..

I dont eat any proccessed food, because of sodium and fat intake.. My diet is roughly

Meal 1:
4x Ezekiel Bread
- Nat Peanut Butter
4 O-3-6 Eggs
500ml of Skim Milk
- 1 scoop of ON Whey

Coffee

Apple

500ml of Water

Meal 4:

Meal 5:

Lots of people have this problem with cuffs that don't fit around there arms. But if your on high test,or anything that converts to high estrogen that would cause it,A's were the worst for me,plus clen was right up there to.Nolva's help, but for HDL,any oral will do that, winny is the worst for it, that is way i don't take oral winny.Plus nolva's can help for good HDL,plus UDO's oil can help a bit,and cardio by about 16% over a 4 month period. What gear are you taking?

What/how much gear are you currently on IMO is the most relevant question here.

Diet and stress can accentuate BP to a degree, but if your mid cycle chances the AAS induced increased blood volume is likely a primary contributor.

I remember reading somewhere that a 200lb male on AAS (>500mgs a week I beleive) carries approximatley 1 litre of blood that someone not on sauce.

I bought this monitor: http://well.ca/products/lifesource-blood-pressure-monitor_2303.html

Comes with a large cuff so fits arms up to 18". This way, I'm able to check it first thing in the morning, mid-day and before sleep. (BP fluctuates a lot during the day...My systolic is usually around 95 in the morning and 120 before bed)

The issue might be related to arterial hardening and reduction of large vessel compliance associated with AAS use. It could also be related to a hormonal imbalance (ADH/Aldost./RAA etc). You should also take several BP readings over a period of time to get a better idea of the true range.

You better throw in a anti-estrogen bro,2 gears convert to estrogen and hold water, but i bet you its the D-Bol,and test combo.I know you said you ran lots before, but as time go's on, you aren't getting any younger take it from me bro, been around the sport for over 20years,it will catch up to you.Even if your last cycle was 6 months before or a year later.

are you under alote of stress?...cause if all else is good and your bp is still high it can definitly be caused by stress....stress is a pain in the ass ...it causes so many problems

All i can say is keep some Nolva,or some AI's onhand just in case.So as your cycle goes on and your blood pressure is high then you can takes some, but there are a many that don't get high bp.

Meal 6:
Large Carrot
5oz of Lean Protein

That is interesting! whats up with that bro. This could also explain the rise in blood pressure
