For some reason I`m inclined to think that would be a painful injection.

Don't think this would be something which I would be inclined to do myself. Certainly, if it were done by someone else, NP.
Note the "Asperate"... For those brothers who don't feel the need to.. lol.

I hear of nobody ever doing it there and I can harldy see that you could put huge amounts in that region. nor have I seen nurse pick that spot to inject over the shoulder or the buttucks.
Prisoner22 is a Nurse but i don't see him post all.

The only problem is that if you ever get an infection you are ****ed. I mean seriously ****ed. You'll probably be in bed for months. That alone has kept me from injecting there.
Injected there, the Gluteus Medius with no problems. Should try it if you haven't.

Okay Kine & Kiem, whats the most accurate confident way you find the right spot. I can't find a volunteer to hold their palm on my hip while I pin between their fingers. At least other muscles I can flex and see where.

My friend is a nurse and , if I dont pussy out I will get him to pin there and see whats going on. He had shown me this spot awhile ago and I just figured I'd keep going with my regular sites , glutes and quads because it does seem to be in a weird spot. It would be alot easier than twisting all the way around.

I will stick to what I have and many people have been doing for years..In my glutes, shoulders and quads...I am not so into the idea of shooting near my hip joints..I can't imagine shooting some strong gear and ****ing up my hip joint for a few days ...

im pretty sure i just hit this spot...it was real nice 1.5ml prop and 1 ml tren. I think i hit the right spot but now after loking at the pic again im not so sure it might've just been "side glute"

Don't need a hand to trace the spot. What I do is, standup raise my knee as high as I can. You should see a muscle bulge out around your hip, underneath the hip joint. Thats the muscle to inject.

i don't really get this, i wish the image in the first post was larger so i can see a more detailed picture of what's really going on.. in the video it looks like a normal glute injection, nothing fancy about that.. if someone could find more info on how to find the spot correctly i would love to try it, im getting too much scar tissue in the normal spots where I inject on a regular basis.

but isn't this the outer glute area? i know this is a poor example since none of us are this big.. but if you look at Ronnie's glutes you can see 2 large lumps of muscle on the outer/upper region of his glute, is this the area you are speaking of?

I don't know what to tell you lol...I squat and deadlift heavy so i got alot of meat there, i can see it bulging when i abduct my leg to the side so it was easy to find for me

The area you are thinking is the upper outer VentroGlute, Which is more to the back. what you want is the Gluteus Medius right on the side of your hip, more to the front, like the pic below.
