Hello,

I'm a newbie to threads and building in general. So looking for experienced advice.

Have been lifting hard and steady for a little over 3 years.

6'6", 235lbs.

I have what I call the skinny guy syndrome. Able to eat lean and lift hard, but little results are observed esthetically, but strength has always increased slowly, but steadlily, but that also has plateaued. I can gain a few pounds here and there, but nothing substantial. I have changed up my diet multiple times to try different things, according to a personal trainer I talked to, and much research, but it doesn't seem to do much. I also change up my lifting routines to see how my body reacts to different regiments.... but it seems futile. My motabolism I assume is killing my hard efforts. Its extremely unmotivating to work my ass off for years and see little results.

The reason I post, is I need a different kind of advice. I would say I am much more on the naturally leaner side of skinny, but looking to put on some more LBM and cut and thicken it up a bit, but keep the gains, post regiment of whatever I try now.

I have been told to try, and have researched Var/Oxy, and I read that it helps cut trunk fat, build ~15lbs of lbm in 6wks, and with little to no oral sides, plus helps cut definition /harden, I'm assuming from the creatine ingredients? This seems to be inline with my goals... for now (short term), so was hoping to have some comments on this.

I need a couple months of help to step up my foundation. But am sorta' stuck. Helpers?

Thanks all -

Hey bro.

Post up your diet. I bet your food intake is half of what you require.

So this is just it. I have tried to whole bulking diet. This meal plan that I posted is not my bulking plan, it's my day to day. I have upped it before, adding more carbs and do consistently add more red meat, and my body doesn't change, it simply costs me more.

I guess my question was more the latter part of my post, and experiences with these products. My body needs a big kick in the ass that I can't give it naturally.

this was my day to day diet bro, this was just an example for you to build on

you need to stick with it and add more calorie. If you start juicing with that crap diet of your you will not go very far. Sure you will make gains but nothing like a good diet combined with a good cycle.

propinate at 500mg a week or so and some dbol.

it will kick your body to 260 without batting an eyelash.

No wonder you are skinny. Your diet is fit for a 170lb male.

It is clean, but you are probably 1500-2000 kcal short of a bulking diet.

That is blatently false (that higher calories do not produce results). The only way our body is encouraged to become anabolic (i.e. proteing synthesis) is by providing the proper proportions of nutrients and in excess. Your day-to-day diet is almost a cutting diet for your height and weight.

I would suggest anavar at 40mg/day for 12-15 weeks but that will be expensive.

I am not a fan of test (especially at your age and the risk of losing hair and prostate irritation) but if you insist then the prop at 50/100mg/eod would do for 8-10 weeks.

If you want fast, visible results then dbol and a mixed test (sust) would be fine....although dbol and deca (or EQ) would be a better choice.

In my opinion you don't need steroids you need to maybe change your training routine and you need to drastically change your diet.... And not for a couple weeks but for good... You need to be getting in a hell of a lot more carbs and cals before you start putting size onto your fram whether you use steroids or not... You need to start with the basics and get those right and then after getting those correct if you still want to use steroids then sure jump on it... I would say go for a test only cycle cuz there is no need to be complicated. Test only at 500mg/wk for say 12 weeks will put some size on you and would have minimal sides. I'm assuming you chose var because you are trying to stay away from poking yourself and if thats the case then forget using steroids because you need to be able to stick yourself to do them properly... end of story.... Also car is not going to put 15 lbs of lean body mass on you by itself especially with a limited diet and who knows what kind of training... I urge you to stick around, ask lots of questions, do even more reading and get your basics on track so that you can thicken up some without the steroids and then add the steroids to keep you building on your basics.

Bro I am not trying to criticize in the least bit but rather trying to be real with you. In the end I will help you in any way I can by answering questions and pointing you in the right direction but if you don't follow some of the good advice you get I guarantee you won't get the results you want. And I can tell you right now that without changing your diet an probably training and going on a cycle on anavar you will be disappointed with the results and your wallet will be a lot lighter...
