Hi is the program laid out below I found on another site recommended or can others sugest something?
Getting my gear Friday.
When is the best time to take and do you take your clen/t3 together and do you separate the doses to twice a day....was thinking morning and early afternoon. Do you take clen 1st then hr later take the t3 or can they be taken at once???When would you work out 1/2 hr or 1hr after taking product?
Going to try 2 weeks on and then do you take 2 weeks off or can you get away with one? While off what do you take?
Or if you could pass me on to a good previous discussed topic that would be appreciated as well.
Also, got some Winny so looking to start taking that once I'm done the clen \t3 cycle ...is this ok or when would you do that??

I've seen that 6 week cycle posted often, and here is why I disagree with it.
Clen, when taken alone, is normally cycled in a maximum 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Being a b2 agonist, the 2 weeks off is to allow your beta 2 receptors to replenish. This is also why you should not take ECA in the off weeks because it also effects your b receptors, but that's a whole other topic. Now, that being established.... T3 actually upregulates your b2 receptors. What this means, when you run the 2 together it eliminates the need to cycle your clen on and off like that.
What I also don't like about this, Clen should always be "ramped" up. In that suggested cycle it starts you right back at your top dosage after a week off. I also normally recomend starting at 20mcg on day one not 60mcg. The higher you start, the more sides you can experience and then people will start questioning why you're shaking like a leaf. lol
So, my recomendations, start at 20mcgs of clen on day 1. Increase gradually (every 2-3 days) 20mcg at a time until you hit your maximum dosage. For you it may not be 120mcg, it may be less. If you start getting the shakes, don't keep upping your dose. I also prefer to seperate my doses throughout the day

Clen is real wierd drug. I always start small, and using liquids, take just a few drops. For maybe a week, then i start ramping it. Its too harsh to take too much at once. You'll be a trembling little bitch if you take 60mcg first day.

adding some Test E will have you lose some fat as well. unless you not partial to injections? what brand of gear did you get?

Its the unwritten law of T3.
If you dont have a deficiency, not on a drug that suppresses thyroid(gh), or not on an AAS then it will eat muscle.
I thought you would know that ontario.
Anyone beg to differ?

I keep my gf on the 'All Trans Fat' diet. More of a natural look, shes good in the winter. I dont even need to use my fireplace anymore since her arrival, its unreal the amount of heat she puts out.

No problem..I give good cycle advice stick with that information I gave you via P.M and you should be fine on that cycle.
You have good products as well you should be good to go.
more guys will chime in with there thoughts as well and you will whats the best route to go for sure. Some well informed guys on here.

Do you realize that T-3 is a POWERFUL thyroid drug that can cause serious side effects?? Do you realize that clen is a POWERFUL stimulant that can damage heart cells??
If you are looking to lose a few pounds then t-3/clen is not what's needed. What's needed is a good diet and proper training and cardio.
Next the protocol you posted is nuts. Starting off at 60mcg of clen per day is ****ing crazy. You have no way of knowing how you will tolerate the drug and might run into some serious problems by day 2 or 3. Why i say this is because clen has a long half life and can build up in your system over a period of days. So you may only be taking 60mcg/day on this protocol but by day three the cumulative nature of the drug will make it so there is much, much more than that in your blood stream.
My instincts are telling me that you do not have much of an idea what these drugs do or can do to your body.
Give us a little more info and we will be more than happy to put you on the right track.

stats at start of yr:
270lbs 5'10 and 28.7BF...just starting working out again after long time away from it. I'm 35.
Present:
236lb and 20%BF...work out 4 to 5 times/week. each day 45minto hr weights and same for cardio.
Working on diet and things progressing in that area.
Goals: lose more BF and lbs...would love to get done to 210lbs.
I've hit plateau and yes agree cardio and diet are most important but I want to try clen/t3 cycle then add in winny sometime after.
yes still learning about this and would like to learn about the best possible way to achieve results with this cycle. I've have the gear now and will wait to start the program once I find the info and advice needed so I can do this safely.

instead of winny why dont you go with anavar, you wont look as ripped but with the higher bf% you'll benefit from the fat burning properties of the drug...

Wk 1: 25mcg of t-3 per day, 40mcg of clen per day
Wk 2: 50mcg of t-3 per day, 80mcg of clen per day
Wk 3: 75mcg of t-3 per day, 16-24mg of ephedrine per day
wk 4: 100mcg of t-3 per day, 16-24mg of ephedrine 2x per day
wk 5: 100mcg of t-3 per day, 40mcg of clen per day
wk 6: 75mcg of t-3 per day, 80mcg of clen per day
Wk 7: 50mcg of t-3 per day, 16-24mg of ephedrine 2x per day
wk 8: 25mcg of t-3 per day, 16-24mg of ephedrine 2x per day
Take the clen/t-3 in the morning each day...they both have long half lives and only need to be dosed once daily. Ephedrine can be stacked with 200mg of caffeine and 81mg of Aspirin for the classic synergy of the "ECA" stack.
Make sure you increase your protein intake to protect muscle cause t-3 will eat muscle just as much as it burns that fat.
Your best best in protecting muscle and increasing the effectiveness of this protocol would be to run some injectable testosterone. Not only will this aid in fat burning but it will protect your muscle tissue from the catabolic effects of t-3.

No prob bro and please keep us posted on your progress. You have made a ton of progress without the use of these drugs already, so just listen to your body closely. I am sorry if i seemed a little harsh in my initial reply, it is only because i give a shit and do not want anyone to take any of these drugs lightly. I myself do not use clen, as i am too concerned about it's effect on heart cells. I have read studies that have stated that clen can indeed kill hearts cells. This concerns me greatly...
Good luck with your goals bro and just continue to read and learn...all the info you need is out here, the good and the bad...

7 Week / 35 DAY cycle looking like this:
1-5: 25mcg of t-3 per day, 30mcg of clen per day
6-10: 50mcg of t-3 per day, 75mcg of clen per day
11-15: 75mcg of t-3 per day, 100mcg of clen per day
16-20: 100mcg of t-3 per day, 125mcg of clen per day
21-25: 75mcg of t-3 per day, 100mcg of clen per day

The t-3 dosing looks fine....i would just cycle the clen two weeks on, two weeks off. On the off weeks run the ECA stack.
