I think we need to encourage more Diet talk here. A recipes section would be a good pace to start. :yeah
Yeah diet is key, I bulked pretty dirty my first cycle didnt know what I was doing learned alot and kill it now when I cycle. Definitely important stuff.

Absolutely Redz, I don't think anyone should even consider starting cycle before they have a good understanding of diet and what works for their own body.
People might stumble across these boards and get the wrong idea about using AAS if all they see is talk about it.

I"m going to be doing a show on the Food Network soon if Canada Bodybuilding doesn't give me a better contract soon and build us a Recipes Section. :D
I love to cook and I never eat the same old crap when i'm dieting. chicken rice chicken rice...yuck
Mostly gourmet type foods with tons of flavor and good enough to serve to guests as well.

oooo see now we're talking! I'd love to see new recipes because I enjoy cooking as well. Same old "plain chicken, rice and veggies" gets old after a while.

cooking section would be great. You're always in need of a way to diversify when you're at the 3rd chicken breast of the day

perhaps a Section called In The Kitchen, where everyone can discuss topics from George Forman grills to nutritional value of almonds, and maybe have a sub section title recipes ?
