Canadianmed has one , as well as any healthfood store . cap em quicks are very commont in those places .
if you go the route of a cap em quick , get the size 0 . the 00 are way too big , then make sure you buy the tamper ( sold extra )

I used a coffee grinder to mix mine . I also used isolate protien for my filler . it made it easy to mix my extra vitamins in . it will never be exact , but go to a store buy a couple of caps of somting else and test it . some will be a little higher , and some lower . but its going to be close .

say i wanted to make 20mg caps. and i have 50g of powder. what ratio should i use to cut the powder like howmany grams of cut should i use to make things easier. and also what size caps are best?

first you need the cap machine .
then you need a .00 scale
then after you buy your caps ( I recomend size 0 )
decide what filler you going to use . fillers will vary in weight
weigh your filler in one cap on your .00 scale
multiply that by how many caps your going to make ( batch )
subtract how much vitamins you want per cap .
add your mix to your filler , then mix it good .

some ude a mortor and pestal . I used to use a coffee grinder . But I have used a rock tumbler ( new one ) but it took too long . for best results though I do recomend the rock tumbler and tumble for a few hours
