Sore nips on .5mg adex e3d

man, my body is startin to piss me off... even with taking adex .5mg e3d my nips are still gettin sore.. i had bumps from years back, and was told it wasn't gyno.. so i figured f*** it i'll see if it goes away when i do a hard cut cycle next year (had to give up the keto diet for the time being due to circumstances)... however i've been using 5mg 2x day of test cream with the adex and my nips are still gettin sore, and i'm not sure if the bumps are getting bigger or if it's just my paranoia but i'm starting to get a little worried.

and this is even before i start 500mg test enth/week (starting that next week)...

should i up to .5mg eod? if my body's this sensitive to test, how much will i have to take when i'm on the 500mg/week?? should i take something else instead?

i think i'm gonna go ahead and get myself some letro just in case this is gyno flaring up.. ****ed if im gonna have bitch tits... can't afford the surgery down here in cali so i'd have to fly back to toronto to get it done... and shit, who wants to do that?? it's nice down here in the sun.... lol...

Personally i think your dosing/frequency of dosing is far too low. You are obviously very sensitive to estrogen, as am i and i have to run 1mg eod or 0.5mg/day to control sides.

"Anastrozole is eliminated slowly with a plasma elimination half-life of approximately 50 hours in postmenopausal women. The pharmacokinetics of anastrozole are linear over the dose range of 1 to 20 mg and do not change with repeated dosing. Consistent with the 50 hour plasma elimination half-life, plasma concentrations of anastrozole approach steady-state concentrations after 7 days of once daily dosing and are approximately 3- to 4-fold higher than the concentrations observed after a single dose of anastrozole. The protein binding of anastrozole to plasma proteins is about 40% and independent of concentration over a range which includes therapeutic concentrations."

From this you can probably see why you are having problems. With a half life of approx 50hrs, the adex is not getting a chance to control your estro when dosed e3rd. This type of dosing is causing fluctuations with your hormones which actually can be even worse than having stable, elevated hormone levels.

At this point, if i were you i would be hitting that adex at 0.5-1mg/day till things get better. Keep in mind it may take up to 7 days before the side effects subside, as stated above: "...plasma concentrations of anastrozole approach steady-state concentrations after 7 days of once daily dosing..."

Ya i need 1 mg ed,but Aromasin is even stronger but first see how you do at 1mg ed.But Letro is the last thing you want to take.

i take 1mg E3D and the difference between that and not taking it at all is huge.

I do a quarter tab of letro ed when my nips start getting itchy. This does it for me. Economical and effective. The other thing is if things start getting out of hand, a full tab will squash any estro problems.

k, thanks guys.. i'll up to eod while i finish up the cream, and that'll give me a chance to see how my body responds to it. then when i start my real cycle next week i'll up it to ed if i need to.
