Im 29, 6 feet tall 258lbs as of today, was 266 nov.16 @ 12%b.f. I fell into an easy routine of eating and it has been getting me leaner. I notice weekly my pants are getting looser and my vascularity is increasing, I was just looking to maintain till the new year when I start my cycle. Been off since end of sept, but I stay on gh since march 08 @ 3iu daily. I hate to eat so I found a meal plan conveniant for me and didnt expect this result, now im thinking of actually sticking to it to get ripped. Here it is tell me your thoughts.
10a.m.- 12 egg whites(from carton), 1 bannana
train
12:30 pm- 7oz chicken, 1.5 cups brown rice
3pm- supreme low carb bar(30g protein)
6-630pm- 1.5 cup egg whites(from carton), 1/2 cup orange juice
9pm-200g beef, 1 cup brown rice
1130-1.5 cups egg whites(from carton),
I weight train 4 days a week and do cardio 6 days for 35-40 minutes. 3 days its done 1st thing in the morning on empty stomach the other days is after weight training. I do this all year round so its not the reason for my fat loss. Does this sound like a decent diet to stay on? Ihave never really dieted down below 10% so this will be my first time really putting an effort into it. Opinions are much appreciated
