Im 29, 6 feet tall 258lbs as of today, was 266 nov.16 @ 12%b.f. I fell into an easy routine of eating and it has been getting me leaner. I notice weekly my pants are getting looser and my vascularity is increasing, I was just looking to maintain till the new year when I start my cycle. Been off since end of sept, but I stay on gh since march 08 @ 3iu daily. I hate to eat so I found a meal plan conveniant for me and didnt expect this result, now im thinking of actually sticking to it to get ripped. Here it is tell me your thoughts.

10a.m.- 12 egg whites(from carton), 1 bannana
train
12:30 pm- 7oz chicken, 1.5 cups brown rice
3pm- supreme low carb bar(30g protein)
6-630pm- 1.5 cup egg whites(from carton), 1/2 cup orange juice
9pm-200g beef, 1 cup brown rice
1130-1.5 cups egg whites(from carton),

I weight train 4 days a week and do cardio 6 days for 35-40 minutes. 3 days its done 1st thing in the morning on empty stomach the other days is after weight training. I do this all year round so its not the reason for my fat loss. Does this sound like a decent diet to stay on? Ihave never really dieted down below 10% so this will be my first time really putting an effort into it. Opinions are much appreciated

It is deffinately not optimal and few here would advise this exact diet. Im sure some other guys will chime in with suggestions. The key thing youve discovered though and whats been happening is , regardless of your macro numbers and food type choices youve been eating at a caloric deficit and thus weight loss occurs. Its probably as simple as calories in vs. calories out. However, i would change a few of your meal choices....people will give good suggestions.
Off the top of my head: git rid of the bar and orange juice and base your carbs around your workout....going one meal with carbs, the next without, the next with will only reak havoc on your energy levels. Id also look into some other protein sources for variety. IF you follow too bland of a diet for too long you tend to quit it

Thanks for the reply. The protein sources are pretty much what I eat all yr round, I dont like fish so tuna is out and like I said I hate to eat so sticking to something bland is usually the easiest for me. I understand the calories in-out, usually thats been my setback as I always undereat so my body wont let me shed fat. I know bars are no good and the oj gonna go too, any other substitutions or add ins I'd appreciate all advice. Thanks again
