View Full Version : Another shoulder question....
So every so often when doing seated du,bell presses (for shoulders) my left shoulder feels less stable, and a bit weaker than my right. I do rotator cuff work almost every workout (a few sets) and it feels like the left shoulder wants to 'drop' a bit (if that makes sense).
Any ideas whats going on, or what to do with this?

Anytime I feel a shoulder feels awkward, its most often because I'm trying to compensate its relative lack of strength by using a weird position. When I pull them back and down during my workouts, I don't get any problem. And cuban presses work best for rotator cuffs(my opinion)

to the last post mostly its compensation we want to do ..= weird feeling doing the exercise
Its dumbells it always hard to balance.BTW many people have this problem,so i like the Hammer machine press now.This is what my delt will look like in 1 year from now.
