Hello guys, I've been lurking on this board for some time and after todays workout I'm in serious need of some advice. Little background on myself first. Been training on and off for some 13 years now and finished a summer cycle which has left me in a predicament. I suffered a broken shoulder in the spring of 07 which I went for physo and the whole deal which left me with a painful, stiff right shoulder. I decided to use AAS to help fix the problem. I started off with a cycle of 200mg deca and 1 omna every 3 days for 16 wks. It was great gained 30lbs and my shoulder was fabulous. Felt like a 20yr old again. Everything was seeming well so I decided to diet and switched to 100mg prop eod, 100mg tren eod for another 8 weeks and for the last 4 weeks I through in 50mg of winni tabs/day. In the last week of the cycle my left shoulder went to sh#t. I can't seem to be able to do any presses since July to date. The only time I feel pain is either from bench press, shoulder press or sleeping on it. Does anyone have any good training routines in order to repair this shoulder or is it back to physo for me. What about supplements. The right shoulder is great now, go figure?
