Igf-1 Vs Gh

now before you all assume im trying to say IGF can compete with with GH, no, haha, just wondering how they compare to each other considering the massive price difference.

I was talking to a buddy about GH and he ended up saying how IGF is basically a poor mans GH.

whats your word on this?

Personally ill admit i havent done much research on either, which is why im asking.

Price aside, how does IGF-1 compare to GH?

I've been taking 50mcg PWO in the trained muscles. Its not great for muscle growth, but its good for fatloss and helps build connective tissue.

I have heard that IGF-1 Ec is the only one really good for growth/activation of satellite cells.
