I`ve used the search feature and there was some positve feedback on cissus. Thought a new thread would open discussion on it again, anyone try it recently?

I haven't used it yet however despite the good anecdotal feedback the literature just isn't there yet. Everything points to it being beneficial in a fracture/break scenario however for general joint health I haven't seen anything positive. I remember some talk of it having pro-estrogenic properties as well but i haven't seen the actual mechanism that supports it so until I read up more on that it's just me talking out my ass.
