As I switch over to cruise mode for a few months I've noticed a couple of things while on
1) I've become a poop factory
* I'm not sure if this is directly related to the test or the increased calories but I'm no longer a 1 a day guy.
I'll be lowering my calories to a 500 calories/day deficit so I'm kind of hoping for a break from the toilet.
2) General lethargy.
* My need for sleep has doubled. I'm growing like a weed and I've gotten stronger but I am seriously tired. I think I understand why teenage boys are lazy.
I'm hoping the reduction to 200 mg per week will bring my energy levels back up for a while.
3) I'm easily winded.
* Adding 30 pounds in 4 months has not done anything good for my cardio.
For the next 12-16 weeks I'm adding 45 minutes of cardio 6 times a week to my regular workouts lean down and get my cardio back.
