ok dont mind the body and pit hair ive been training for 5 weeks jus geting started so......anyways this is me ill post updates from time to time im weighing in at 208 to 210 lbs bodyfats alil high also seeing lots of changes every week since im jus starting any questions or comments are welcome also tips and pointers are welcome thanks guys and gals:D

yup ive tried getting it going in the past have about 2 yrs worth of MD lol but either got hurt or workin out of town now alls set so im good to go but ya jus starting for the first time lovin the pumps

wow thanks guys ummm my routine is as follows
day1 chest and 20 mins cardio (jus started the cardio today!!)
day2 legs!!
day3 arms 20 mins cardio
day4 shoulders
day5 Back!! 20 mins cardio
day6 rest and maybe abs and forarms if not done through the week
start over
im thinking of putting my day off inbetween days 3 and 4 starting next week
also my womens uncle in law is an ifbb pro and give me lots of pointers and addvice hes going to the masters in t-dot comin up right quick lookin dry gonna do some damage anyways back to topic im taking creatine right now and jus eating a **** load of food lots of meats
any other questions , pointers or sharing of knowledge is welcome thanks guys for your time!!!

my diet can deff use some improvements but im still eating lots i never feel hungry and asways have meat snacks cooking with lots of tatoes and pastas
but in the nest lil bit here like this monday ima start eating a **** load more beef and moose and elk!!!

ok guys this is my new split it will go as follows
day1 chest
day2 quads and tris
day3 hams and bis
day4 shoulders and abs
day5 back and forarms
day6 rest then repeat
some feedback with this new split would be great guys thanks!!!

not bad at all my man,, similar routine that i started with,, over the years ive found 2 days on, 1 day off seems to work best in terms of recoving and making gains, and also not frying my nervous system
