Hey guys,
Heres what I'm thinking for my next run.....Any advice is greatly appreciated..
Stats.. 6'0 240 14% BF .. Im looking for strength/speed so only lean muscle gains..

Week 1-12
Test Prop ...125mg EOD
Trenbolone ....75mg EOD
Week 5-12
Winny .....50mg ED
(should I add arimidex in there?)

PCT
HCG 500 iu/day.... week 1-3 (should I add a low dose during the cycle??)
Nolva 20mg/day ....week 1-5

Was also thinking of extending the prop/tren to 16 weeks and starting the winny at week 8.. what ya think..

Cycle looks fine, aside from the 8 weeks of winny..too long, 6 weeks max on the winny IMO...adex could be used but if you are not that sensitive to estrogen than you may not need it...

HCG should be used on cycle and up to PCT but not during... no need to run it for pct if you have been using it all cycle and your boyz are not shut down. HCG will prevent the testes from shutting down during cycle. 500iu, 2x per week is all you need. Run it from week 1 all the way up to 4 days before you start pct.

if your looking for speed/endurance or something for a sport then forget the tren. 16 weeks on tren is a long time too i keep it to 8 or so personally.
for stength and speed try this
prop the same as you got 1-16
eq 500mg wk 1-16
and keep the winny the same

also hcg run throughout your cycle e3d 500iu it wil make your recovery nice and easy

I was pretty stoked about giving the tren ago but your right the EQ is probably better for my situation..
Week 1-16
prop/ EQ 500mg
week 10-16
Winny 50mg /ED
Ideally, would like be around 230 and I think my diet should get me there.. thanks for the help fellas

Test Prop 500mg/week 1-16
EQ 600mg/week 1-14
Tren Ace 300mg/week 9-16
Aromasin 25mg/eod 11-16
hCG 500IU 1-16

maybe
TBol 60mg/ed 1-5
Dbol 30mg/ed 1-5
to kick start

That would be a deadly cycle

history... Been in the gym hard for 9 years 4.5 years of that on AS..
Last one I ran was 12 weeks
1-12 prop
1-7 var
7-12 masteron
had some pretty solid gains .. but lookin to run something a little longer /and possibly add some tren
been on dbol...winny... test E at other times

you said you want speed is that like running or what?

if you play competitive sports do not run the tren your cardio goes to complete shit on it

Thanks Houston I've been doin some more research on tren and i think I'll go without.. I know a few guys who had excellent results with it but I cant afford the affects on cardio.... I think a 16 week of prop /Eq with some winny thrown in should get me pretty hard and strong....

Good thinking on the tren...it does negatively impact cardio for some (me). Sorry, i should have clued in to that in my first response. Test/EQ is a good choice for a cycle. The EQ will increase RBC, increasing your cardio and stamina.

Why not run a long ester test with the EQ?? That way you can pin the test and EQ just twice per week rather than eod or ed with prop for 16 long weeks.

I was wundering why i was getting so tired do very little cardio....it had to be the tren...

Thanks Gus... I was thinking of changing from prop to Test E but I do want to be as lean and hard as possible as I cant afford to much weight gain.. With the Test E / Eq do you think I would be able to stay around the same weight or less and harden up? Alot will obviously depend on diet.. I have always had good lean gains while on prop.. but switching to a longer ester dose make sense..
