If you notice, on this type of high end houses, the toilet is always on the front side of the house.
The septic tank is at the front of the house. I wonder who the architect was??

I can see your logic, but that would work in lower end housing.....this is far from welfare case.

Water front it is, surrounded by water. That cement you see is the "road" that goes past the "lake" where the new pad is. I took it out the car window and missed half the lake cause I was so excited about the purchase.

I have to go back on Wednesday to sign the deal and if the weather is willing I will try and take some better pics.

Any time you all want to come and visit let me know, especially the fat bastards like me, I was worried, but they tell me its unsinkable so we could try it and see.

Oh and you should see the boat that came with it for travelling back and forth through the sludge, I mean water, its a beaut as well.

The guy that lives there now is a little weird, must be from living near all that nuclear waste but I dont care he damn near gave it away.

Return from home if booked early is about $1700 CA. Out east with the bigger airports may be cheaper.
