Hi everyone
Quick intro for me i used to work as a personnal trainer like 5-6 year for 2 year been on a.r. since it very beginning i been off training for 1 1/2 year got busy doing kids and stuff resumed training 3 month ago, started a ckd diet + german volume training and loving it. Right now i am clean but i dont plan to stay for long lol the call is getting strong hehe. I weight 200 pounds at around 12% 28 year old 5'10. Someone recommended me this board and i think i found my new den :) Anyway ill be posting my next planned cycle tonight and i would be interested in your feedback. If anyone want some help building a ckd diet pm me :)
