Hey guys,, This will be introduction of myself and a question..
Im not going to lie,, And the flaming can start...right now! ,,but I dont have the time to be hitting the gym every day like I used to.Having kids and owning your own business will do that. Im the type who hits it hard for 3 month of the year.
During those 3 months I also jump on the juice. :o
Really im a super busy guy....And I would love to be hitting the gym more,, but,, for now I use the juice during the growing season to get the most out of my workouts.
Stats:
Tall and super slim.. 6' 4",,, 180 pounds. :eek:
Body Fat................I forget what it is,, but its very low obviously.
1 extremely bad knee...I'm due for my fourth major surgury. (deca plays a great role in helping this..and I intially started using gear to soley help my bad knee.)
Pound for pound I'm very strong,, except my bench stats are lacking.(due to my long arms.)
My physique has alot of potential,, but due to my very fast metabolism,, it is Extremley difficult to put on mass. So needless to say,, when I juice,, no matter how much water weight I seem to put on,, I always look pretty ripped.. So theres my pathetic profile.
So now that you know me,,,Ive just started a pretty standard cycle of Deca/Test.
Ive got some P harma Tech Deca 200. and Ive just ordered some R ed S ea.. Sustanon 250.
Now here comes my question? Sustanon seems to get a bad rap,, and on paper its obvious why experienced guys like to go for a straight up long ester.
Ive done different types of Test,, and I find that I get a much better result from the Sustanon blend than from let say an enthante. I seem to get a better "testosterone rush" from the Sust. More energy,, better workouts. Im sure its from the various half lifes in the Sustanon blend.
Is there any guys out there that feel the same way???

If you are really busy then the 20 minute work outs from Cross Fit are what you need, not gear.

Yes,,I know. But I also love gear. Its fun as hell, and im sure thats why 90% of all users do it. But your right,, Making time for my work outs should be more of a priority. this is where the flaming begins...right?;)
Im in construction,, so its not like im sitting in a desk all day and just shooting roids.
Really the way I see it,,every one has the same right to do gear. Period

either test cyp or en work best for me, welcome btw. Its tough to gain and maintain new weight if your only working out 3 months on the year.
I'm not all that experienced, but I have received and witnessed better mass gains in the past with sustanon vs enanthate. It could merely be UG brand/batch related, but that is what I have witnessed.

Test prop bro then. I hate waiting on long esters. Running long esters right now and won't ever do it again. Waiting 3-4 weeks to build up significant levels of nandrolone and test sucks!

Ive heard alot about suspension on this forum. It sounds like pretty killer way to do it.. I dont know how exited I would be about spiking everyday though. Ive always spiked the glutes,, so using suspension,, I would think that you would be shooting in numerous places. I dont know if I have the balls to spike my quads.:o

I like poking quads because they are easier to see than glutes, but they do have more nerves. One time I was pinning and I hit a nerve and jerked my leg so I said Fack this and change the pin and hit my glutes.
Spinal have you ever hit delts, tris, bis and so forth?

No. Target injectons will not increase the size of a muscle with AAS. The depot gets absorbed into the bloodstream and from there is used to create hypertrophy with an increased nitrogen balance.
The only way you will see spot injections increase growth is with MGF, IGF-1, or a combo of the two.

Suspension is awesome...I have tried daily shots (prefered) but EOD shots are great as well. I used EOD shots in conjunction with Winny...150mgs of Suspension and 100mgs of winny. Awesome gains in strength and good quality muscle...and I got rock hard.

My suggestion is to inject suspension in the glutes, quads and delts. Don't do bi's and tri's. Trust me on that.
Not to sound like a total pussy,,but is it alot more painfull in the pecs and quads compared to glutes?
Dont get me wrong,, I find spiking glutes pretty much a walk in the park.

quad pokes are o.k but lotsa nerves.......

Always been a fan of enanthate, but next cycle I'm jumping it with Suspension.
Immediate muscle gratification. Yeah baby!
On another note concerning suspension, since it's EO based, can I use the same inject spots more frequently. I figure there will be no build up of oil, and you have to shoot alot more frequently when using suspension compared to a long ester. Any ideas?
I wouldn't use the same spots to often, try to rotate it as much as possible. Suspension shots tend to be a little painfull, only for a couple of days though and more so in the smaller muscle groups.

delts are by far the easyest
easy but scar tissue builds up really quick in them, god I love that ripping noise when I shoot into my delts.
