I have kind of a wierd methodology in my training, although i've been looking for some criticism on it.

For weight reps and sets I do 4 weeks of heavy weight/low reps followed by 4 weeks of lighter weight/higher reps and a week of rest....repeat

I usually plan my workouts a week in advance(4 workouts, logged)
Depending on what exercises I do on the first day will have an effect on what happens on the following days.

Here are examples:
The exercises also change angles depending on my weakpoints and just plain alternation to grow proportionately.

Monday:Chest/Deltoids/Triceps, mainly hitting chest/overall delts
Incline Press x3
Pec Deck x3
Rear dumbell Flys x3
Skullcrushers(seated)x3
Standing dumbell flysx3

Wednesday: Abs/Back
Weighted Sit-ups x3
Hanging Leg raises(weighted) x3
Deadlifts x3
Hyperextensions x3
Shrugs x3

Thursday: Leg day(Every week its either quads+hams, or quads+gastro)
Squats x3
Leg Press x3
Standing Calf Raises Front x3
Standing Calf Raises Back x3
Quad Extensions x3

Friday: Bicep/Laterals/Sometimes Triceps
Lat Pulldowns Chest x3
Barbell Curls x3
Concentration Curls x3
Barbell Wrist Curls Front Up x3
Dumbell Wrist Curls Down Left x3
Dumbell Wrist Curls Down Right x3

Im looking mainly for solid advice, if theres broscience involved please make it logical/sound broscience.

I'm mostly concerned about training deadlifts followed by squats the next day, is this overtraining? Also during heavy and soft lifting days how many sets do you do per muscle group? I seem to have a magic number of 12-15 sets per muscle group 3-9 per muscle but plan on raising it arnold style every 8 weeks gradually.

Feedback is appreciated, thanks in advance. :fback

here is alittle feedback bro, deadlifts followed by squats the next day is alitte too much....they are both very similar movements and can easily overtrain yourself this way, especially if you start you deads with your hips below your knees

My deads are done hips above the knees, although I never knew there were two ways of doing deads apart from partial/platoon sets.

I was originally alternating them week by week during leg day but my quads never seemed to have gotten that pumped from it. I figured shooting them into back day and maybe doing wednesdays workout on tuesday giving the legs a rest day in between.

Definitely gonna put them back into leg day and try that out next week, thanks.
