when it comes to getting bloodwork done, what do you guys say to the doctor? do you just go to a walk-in clinic and say you want a full blood count bloodwork??

hey bro just go to the clinic, make sure you get there like 45+ mins in the morning so that you're like 1st or 2nd in line cause otherwise you;ll have to wait forever. tell the doc that you havent had your bloodwork done in forever. i was honest and i told them i was on oral AAS so they even tested free test for me. ask for a lipid panel, liver panel, and kidney panel. he'll give you a requisition form, you take that to the lab, they poke you, 2 weeks later you have to go back to the walk in clinic see the doctor and they'll give you the results, always ask for a copy

i have a family physician too but i didnt want to get my bloodwork done thorugh her, i didnt want to tell her about my aas use, but if its just some random doctor at a clinic yah i would tell them because they would be better able to interpret the results (hopefully)

ocne you get the results look in the Articles sub-forum mr. o posted a link to a website that will tlell you waht all the different tests represent

I told my famlily doctor straight up. I still don't know if that was a mistake or not :) He has no problem checking off anything I ask for on the requisition form. He did write it in my file. I hope that doesn't come back to haunt me one day.
