ya, she is on BC, the shots each month.

also she is terrified of needles and masteron/winstrol is short esters so that is pretty much out of the question.

Go with var... Start her at 5mg a day and see. woman respond to AAS allot differently than men, she would never need to go over 10mg and might find 5 is more than enough.. I haven't tried that var in question, but thats what I'm gonna get my girl when shes' ready ( she is still tweaking her diet )
