Do you use 500 iu every week for the duration?

do you use less or more?

How long to you run it?

When do you start it?

Do you use it into PCT?

I would like to hear everyones opinion....

Is there a minimal amount/duration that is effective for HCG use?

Have you found it to help recovery after stopping use?

I don't use it yet, but as far as I know what is pretty standard is anywhere between 250 and 500 twice a week started about a month to a month and a half from the beginning of your cycle. You stop a week or so after the beginning of your pct so it won't keep you shut down.

I heard that they run it as PCT as well. [which i am advised to do when my cycle ends]
Brings back testicle size to normal and keeps spermatogenesis to normal levels.
Dose 500 iu's 2 x week

It was the older version of Vet hcg 10 000iu per vial.I like 2500-5000ui per shot go heavy or go home haha.

HCG, 500-1000iu, 2x per week the whole cycle...i am starting to learn my body a bit more, so i dose according to how i feel. If my boyz are lagging somewhat, i give them a shot of 1000iu. If things are all good, i stick with a 500iu dose.

From personal experiance I've run 250iu E3D, and it worked, but not quite as well as I would have hoped. My boys still did shrink but definitely not near as much as cycles without HCG. I'm going to try 350 E3D next cycle i think that should be perfect for me. Also, I run it 2 weeks into the PCT. I've seen some data suggesting that LH doesn't come back by itself until about then, so i figure it's a good time to stop the HCG and let my body take over.

On the other hand, I did come across what looked like a 'study' I use that word loosely. It gave 2500IU EOD for the first 16 days of a 4 week PCT with nolva and clomid. It said that normal function of everything was back in 45 days. If true, then it's pretty useful information.

just goes to state as I mentioned before...everyone is different. But when in doubt check with Gasto and I'm sure he can find a protocol for you based on your needs and circumstances :)

i'm with these guys, and btw I think more guys should be running it through their cycle if it's a long one. Too many people just focus on the actual cycle, not all of the other little things to make it run better and have solid results

For preservation of testicular sensitivity, use 100iu hCG ED starting 7 days after your first AAS dose. At the end of the cycle, drop the hCG two weeks before the AAS clear the system. For example, you would drop hCG about the same time as your last Testosterone Enanthate shot. Or, if you are ending the cycle with orals, you would drop the hCG about 10 days before your last oral dose. This will allow for a sudden and even clearance in hormone levels, while initiating LH and FSH production from the pituitary, to begin stimulating your testes to produce testosterone. Remember, recovery doesn’t begin until you are off hCG since your body will not release its own LH until the hCG has cleared the system.



but I guess if your nuts already start to shrink before you start your hcg, you need a larger dose.

Ran it 3 weeks before my cycle ended and 1 week after my last test E shot.

I no longer use nolva or clomid. PCT is all i need...NOTE: every one is different here.

Ok well I have never used hcg, just read about it. I think I am going to pick up some pregnyl as my boys are shrinkin up pretty good.
I see it comes in 5000 iu vials. How much solvent do you add to one vial and what is the best way to store the extra?

a 3ml syringe in the fridge?

store it in the vial...in the fridge
add 5ml bacto water to your hcg and it will be 1/2ml = 500iu

The directions on the pamphelet included in a canadian human grade hcg says 4-5000 iu 3 times weekly for up to six weeks with 2-3 week breaks between. I get a MUCH faster response this way espcially if I've been on some heavy gear for a decent amount of time. I beleive the 500iu 3 x per week is to maintain function not to resume it.

The usual protocol is to inject 1500-3000 I.U. every 4th or 5th day, for a duration usually no longer than 2 or 3 weeks. If used for too long or at too high a dose, the drug may actually function to desensitize the Leydig's cells to luteinizing hormone, further hindering a return to homeostasis.




Estrogen production is also heightened with the use of HCG, due to its ability to increase aromatase activity in the Leydig's cells.
