Hey All
Planning on starting my first cycle on test and deca

500mg/week Deca for 10 weeks
500mg/week Test for 12 weeks

pct is going to be nolva 20/20/20/20
and hcg about 500 ius 2xweek for 3-4 weeks

Also taking b12 for anorexia 1ml 2 x week
and diet about 3500-4000 calories per day
Stats: 29 y/old 170 pounds 6 feet tall training for 8 years
Goal:gain 20-30 pounds keep 14+ after pct

Shoot at glutes,quads,shoulders?
Every monday and thursday is ok to shoot or has to be exactly every 3 days?

No need for test/deca on the first one bro. Hit up some test solo and see how you react to one AAS at a time.. A straight up test cycle will give you great gains, especially for your first one. You can also add in an oral once the cycle gets going and you know how you are responding to the test... like the last 5-6 weeks of the cycle add in some winny, d-bol or t-bol...just some thoughts for you to consider.

Also HCG IMO should not be used during pct. It should be ran on cycle (from the very start) right up to 4-5 days before you start your pct drugs. 250-500iu every third day or two times per week will do a ton with regards to how you recover.

Finally, make sure you have an anti-estrogen on hand, an AI is preferable, just incase you are sensitive to estro...

test only 1st cycle or test plus an oral like gustavo says......its all you need unless you are having tendon/joint issues......

Ya, you'd be happy with one compound, but if you insist, years ago, everyone suggested cycles like 500 test 400 deca 30mg dbol for 4week at start, but really you grow like a weed, long as you eat eat eat, with your cycle even if just test.

i agree with the above, bu deca, or EQ wouldnt hurt in my opinion to start out with. It is so good for hte joints and collagen synthesis that I would never say not to take it. Just not need to go big doses. 500 test 300 deca. thats not too much. all depends on how much you learn first, which should be a lot. you should read read read until you know more then you need to.

buut, there is sound logic behind the guys saying try test only, and see how you react. my first was test prop, and i didnt know jack shit. i grew like crazy. did some jack ass pyramid thing, and only shot 15 ml. over a month. split a 30ml vial of race horse prop with a bud. first time can be huge. (another point to just use one)

Hi Dias, Your really tall and lean, great that you have been at this for 8 yrs. I have some concerns though.

I read that your taking

"b12 for anorexia 1ml 2 x week" If your still dealing with Anorexia, are you sure your ready to start eating as much as 4000 calories per day like you planned?

"Stats: 29 y/old 170 pounds 6 feet tall training for 8 years" At 6 ft tall, your underweight going into this.

By eating clean 4000 calories per day, your body will pack on the 20-30 lb gain by itself with proper training and no gear.

The guys here are going to beat me up on this, but I feel you can do more with a corrected diet then trying gear till your eating more and understanding the importance of nutrition..

i dont have anorexia
Probably used the word incorectly, wanted to say that i use b12 to increase my apetite.

Once you enter deca territory hCG is going to be a must.
Stick to test and tbol or winny. Deca will bloat you up so you are going to need run an AI with it. For a first cycle it would be overkill with all those androgens, AIs, and hCG.

Best point made in this thread....I should have looked over his stats a little more closely. Unless his metabolism is on hyperdrive 4000cal/day should get him 10 or so lbs in 6-8 weeks without gear.

Gustavo if i was able to gain 10 pounds + in 6-8 weeks only from food i will never use aas or even pro hormones.I never used them for the years i trained except this year when i used some m1t [got results with sides thought] and now my aas cycle.
My goal is to reach 85 kilos [185-190 pounds] during the next 5-6 months and keep it around there not only after pct but for a long term.

Have you been eating 4000+ calories of clean carbs and lean protein?? If your diet has been good and you still cannot gain weight, then eat more...lol.. Seriously though, regarding your cycle test will be enough to grow on, no need to start stacking things when you can grow well on just test...

Dude, listen to gustavo. Steroids are good if you're gonna use them when you know how to make your body grow (through workout AND diet). The fact you've worked out for 8 years and done M1T with little results speak for itself. You'll have to stack more and more aas to put on muscle, let alone keep it. You cannot be very muscular by eating normal 3 meals per day. Read on about nutrition, try eating 4000+ calories per day for 4 weeks, just 4, and if you still think you can't grow without aas, then do a test only cycle..
