How does this Test E look

That would be my guess. The label says 100g's, which is quite a bit less than what that liquid would weigh.

No point chucking it, might as well dilute it to a usable concentration and give it a try.

edit: ignore the point about weight, the pencil and the drawer handle would indicate it's a smaller pack then I thought.

looks, like typical enth that's hit the heat a bit, enth intiailly is powder, but summer times, your lucky if you get it powder, sometimes it turns into a rock like substance kinda like that colour, i'd think in bag, it's fine, just looks like it's been in very warm spot..sometime, during imo totaly fine, make sure to let maybe sit a bit longer to kill any bacteria. but i dont' see a problem. you'll have to heat it up and melt it again, lol to measure it... hahah good luck, you'll be covered head to toe.
