Low Disk Space....

Just wondering if there is a way to clean up my C: drive. I've tried several things but still end up at the same point. Including trying to remove several programs. This helped in the beginning but eventually the problem came back. Deleting old temporary files, but again the problem came back...Most of my programs are saved on the D: drive as I had lost a lot of programs before when it crashed.
Please help me!!

If you have music or movies either burn them to dvds or just get rid of them.

Or, a better solution, get a bigger hard drive!

I have a portable drive on there. Tons of space...The problem is all the old and hidden files on my c: drive that are taking up space. I deleted a lot of stuff today but I don't know what is taking up all this space...I'll try that other program that was suggested.
