hey guys whenever i train legs the session usually ends with extremely painful cramps in my hams. Is there anything i can take that would help with this? taurine? it would be nice to get in a full leg workout. thanks!

Water+Calcium+Magnesium+Taurine+Stretching...DEEP stretching between sets and post workout. Make sure to stretch out your lower back also...if your lower back is tight, it can cause tightness and cramping in the hamstrings.

im dieting....

Then you will need some veggies like red or orange pepper or a potato,and a calcuim tab what i take,but Isolate protein has Calcuim in it.

Used to get them bad too, another vote for taurine. Worked for me.

if i doubled my water ntake id be at 12 litres/day thats too much hopefully this calcium/manesium/taurine cocktail i got will help thanks for all the replies

Last time I dieted (hard) I was puttin' down 12 liters a day. Felt pretty good doing it, too... no cramps (I was another "hams during sex cramps").

i cramp everywhere... ZMA is the only thing that helped....although str8 magnesium will more than likely suffice...
i did taurine, ddint work... try the mag...
also, increase salt..if you think your low..
