I want to know what is ur training split while your on cycle bulking or cutting.
ex:
3 time a week and 2 body part per day
4 time a week
5 or 6 time a week one body part each day etc...
off cycle:
m - chest/back
t-rest
w-shoulders
t-legs
f-arms
s-rest
s-chest/back
on cycle:
same except tuesday is abs/calves day
I do 5 on 1 off, 1 body part/area each day and throw abs into 4-5 of the days too. Cardio almost everyday.

Thurs Legs (calves)
Fri Tri/Bi (abs)
Sat 1h Cardio (abs and calves)

I do basically one muscle a day whether I'm on or off. Take every Sunday off.
Mon- Bi's and Tri's
Tues- Legs
Wed- Shoulders, Traps
Thurs-Upper Back/Cardio
Fri- Chest
Sat- Lowerback
i train dc.....so its m, w, f and the 2 splits are
1.
chest
shoulders
tris
back width
back thickness
2.
bi's
forearms
calves
hams
quads
i put on 60lbs in the past 18 months using dc.......

I liked DC when I tried it a while ago, found it great for strength too. Might try it again in a few months.

Day 1 - Shoulders
Day 2 - Biceps / Triceps
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Off ( cardio/abs )
Day 5 - Chest
Day 6 - Back
Day 7 - Off ( cardio/abs )
