people will most likeley recommend you dont run it during pct since at that point you will be struggling to keep as much of the weight as possible
why not wait a month and then do it

I have never seen or heard of anybody running ECA during PCT.
Most juicers tend to loose a little weight during PCT, but this is due to several reasons and not one solely.
If you want to speed up your metabolism, shed some unwanted body fat or water, then ECA is sufficient and notoriously successful.
I would not recommend it during PCT however.--unless you are at 25% BF and your objective is to come down to 15 or 12 or so.

Thx (i already started eca, im going to stop b4 my pct (2 weeks from now). I will wait till after pct and be on eca on off till my next bulk :)

PCT is notorious for lose of weight.
If you want to speed up your metabolism and loose some unwanted water or BF then ECA is a good way to go IMO
If your finishing BF is of around 25% and you want to come back to 12 or so, then just train your butt off, up your cardio...it all depends on your objective.
I oppose to ECA during PCT.
You will have to give MORE reasons for your question.

I understand that you think you average to -/+ 18%BF now.
How is your diet?
Do you do cardio?

First cycles are always magical that's for sure!
Congrats on making some very good gains!
A very good starting dosage and compound as an over all IMO.
Many of us battled long and hard at crossing the big 200 pound mark.
But I came from a 120lbs body frame--it took me 7 years to go over 200lbs, but I am also an ecto and hard gainer.
Now in my early 30s I am able to maintain a healthy 220lbs 12% or less.
I oppose to ECA during PCT. Follow proper HPTA recovery, and let your body adjust now.
Do not stop eating, do not stop training, and even go hard as usual.
After your 2 week or so PCT, then wait a good month see what how your bodyweight fluctuates, maybe then start thinking about coming down in BF.
For now don't panic. MOST of us tend to carry a little extra BF during the winter time anyways LOL
Xmas is approaching and the entire December month should be a little easy on the diet.
See what others say and make your decision./

I totally agree with B2J, I dont think its a good Idea doing ECA stack while on your pct, your gonna lose alot of your gains from your cycle. give you body a chance to adapt to the weight.

legaliz3 > I would eat everything in my sight lol.... also a nasty bulk meal : boil 3 packages of ramen noodles, place 4 fried eggs on it + cheese + protein shake.. Ummmm 200+gs of carbs 100+protein.. 1000+ calories.. (3x a day lol)hahahaha
There is a lot of research thatshows our body's max digestive protein per sitting.--needless to say IMO 100 grams per sitting is TOO much.---specially for your level and bodyweight.
I know that a lot of the big athletes (in the old days) would say how they would consume hundreds of grams of protein per serving.
For what it is worth, you are young and you need try to maximize your gains while reconstructing your diet and training regime above all.
I know that certain supplements/combination of compounds can provide quick and effective levels of achievements...but you can also discover that you can achieve without the use of.
I think you have done well for staying off of the juice until now.

I would never recommend ECA during PCT...you will already be battling higher cortisol levels why add fuel to the fire...that will cause some serious muscle loss not to mention CNS depression from over stimulation of the adrenals.
IMO ECA is shit period...I would never recommend it to any of my clients at all...it just plain sucks and there are many better things to use.
