Well my fellow Canucks, I'm new to the boards was recommended to a few sites on the net from my workout partner and figured its time to try some out. Hope to learn a lot while I'm here and hope to help some people out. I've been training for 10 years, and reaching the end of my 20's. I weigh in at about 215 at 10% at 5'8 and couldn't go a day without weights. I KNOW I'M SHORT! Nice to meet you all and cheers to my Canucks! :flagC
