ever eat 72oz steak @ lone star

hey guys i went out for my buddies bday last night....we went to lonestar and 3 of us tried the 72oz steak challenge...we had to eat it in an hr...plus one side...if u did it under and hr its free...i did it :)...my other two buddies couldnt pull it off....it was intense but wow i felt full as hell by the end...if u ever wanna eat out for free go there lol

My dad did this on a vacation trip to a small country town.

When we got back to our Cabin with our wacky Uncle Roman, dad puked it all up after seeing the maggoty mess in the garbage that the raccoons made.

We had a run in with a big bear that weekend, but it brought our family closer together, and we're all better off for having gone through it.

I don't know that I could do that in my life:(

I have been bodybuilding for nearly 12 years now,and my system is VERY used to eating small meals every 2-3 hours.
Whenever I head out to restaurants (which is very often) I have a hard time eating big plates, because I don't have a lot of space.
I guess I were to starved myself for 4-5 hours before heading to Loans Stars, I don't think I could eat even half that steak.

But I will do there anyway and dance to the live bands that play on the weekends. The place gets PACKED to the hilts every weekend.

lol just like we train....i trained for this leading up with instead of eating small meals every few hrs i ate a lil bit more than usual every few hrs...its attainable
