LONDON ONTARIO LEVEL 1 & 2 Show

Just got back from the show tonight...it was super long with a ton of competitors. All-in-all a good quality bunch! This one makes up for the LAME Ottawa show.

Fouad was there hanging out, Scott Milne was there too

The guy who won the overall Level 2 male looked fantastic (Matt, he is only 21).

Wanted to go, the threat of driving in snow had this Ontario Snow Bird in her nest.

Since the Windsor Cup is no more it makes since that this show is going to get crazy huge because of it. It always was though because it was both levels and Windsor was only a level 1.


My best shows were in London, but there is no place like home.

Please..post pics anyone. I always did for shows I went to. Post em all, many will appreciate and may know someone in them.

Ya, Scott works out here in London at GoodLife now (among other places, I am sure). Funny fact....at my second show, I competed in Open class (in Nov. 1997) and Scott won the overall that night, it was his 21st B-day (his first show), the crowd sang happy b-day. HE WAS A MONSTER!

Looks like he moved. Pickering is where the gym was. What a way to win your first show huh. That must have felt great. He's naturally so big. It must be hard maintaining that weight!

drdnj - No, that was the overall for the Level 1 show.
Physique - No, the winner was the light heavy wt. Gord was in the gold trunks - he was the winner for the middle weight class. We trained him for this show.

OH Yeah.....haha...sorry, I forgot about the level 1 show. I was focused on the Level 2 classes (I was supposed to be in the Level 2 light heavy, but tore my bicep in summer).

No, middle in first pic...he was SUPER symmetrical, weighed like 217 or something and posed perfectly....

I thought the winnner had a great back and lat spread but the 2nd place guy had a better chest and quads and abs.. it was super close IMO.
It really could have gone either way...
I think the "21" factor was the impressor! it was a long show, my first and though I was thrilled to be there! getting a little let down now can't wait till next show!
