just did my first shot about 20 mins ago.

1ml test e into the left tricep. got the gf to aspirate, hurt a little pushing it in. my hand was sorta shaking and i was kinda nervous about it being bunk gear and getting abscess or crippling pain but after it was done i felt good except some tingling down my arm.

now my tricep is slighty sore, massaged it for a bit and now i got a heat pad on it.

huge adrenaline rush i cant wait to hit the legs later tonight.

Me too, I did glutes for years before I could explore other areas...plus I was not big enough to jab my shoulder or quads back then :D :D

I was so s scared my first time....and so ignorant on how to cycle and stuff...boards were not as popular as they are now...back in the early to mid 90s.

Nile Sustenons were my first cycle---yeah I know not very smart for a first timer...but my dealer was really happy at 20 bucks an amp.

cool way to go......i wouldn't recommend injecting in your triceps, your just starting you injections to keep it simple.....i would personally stick with glutes and or quads or even delts

i wasnt sure if shooting in my leg would effect a leg work out which im doing tonight. if the tenderness of my tricep is any indication of how it would feel in the leg im glad i picked the arm today.

i went with tricep because i have very little bf on my arms and it just seemed like an easy target the way the outer head pops out.


i hope its real gear too, i entered the serial on the axio website and it checked out ok so hopefully im good to go.

I wasted half a shot of the sustenon because I thought it was too much for me...my hand was shaking.
I did my first shot in the vestibule area of my parents home...I was alone and had come home from school for lunch--with the purpose of doing the shot.
Took me 35 minutes to do it..I thought I was going to die :D damn a true noob:rofl

I rember my first time clearly. The first time I used a 22 gauge 1 1/2 dart with some spectro test and a cotton ball soaked in alcohol. ****in hand shakin so much It felt like a sewing machine... sweating like I just finished a workout. LMAO.... Now its no problem and I actually enjoy it :)

update:

swell was pretty bad yesterday, looked like a golf ball in my tricep and it hurt, today swelling is down and i can flex my arm with little to no pain. im glad the swelling and pain is subsiding as i was getting alittle concerned about just how big the bump was.

next shot tomorrow in the leg!

I guess you learned your lesson as to not putting in your triceps....it's just not worth it..if you ask me,

Brave!Chicken injecting quads and glutes? how do you figure I know tons of people who are afraid of quad shots. I love them. I have never shot glutes lol.

i sit down all day long and i do glutes once a week. never had any pain from the glut its such a big muscle. give it a try its the easiest spot to inject

Hit your glute a little high up. It's the least painful place to inject. It hardly gets used, and doesn't get sat on.

i was told that its possible the oil stretched the fascia and it could be permanently bigger, how likely is that? or if its swollen without pain? (wtf) how long till it returns to normal size.

i wanna inject in my right tricep now to even things out...
