This is a heartbreaker and makes my stomach sick. I understand she was a foster child and the social system is at blame here too. The two scum bags refused the welfare worker entry to the house to see if the girl was abused and just left it at that, the whole foster system is screwed up and this will just be forgotten in a short time. I totally agree with you.

There is another case where another guy just got like a medical absence after 25+ years or something. These people should have been bled to death the moment they were found guilty.

I can understand things like unplanned murders (2nd degree) or vehicular manslaughter and those don't deserve death penalties but whoever does anything like this to a child needs to ****ing die on the spot. These people are sick, there's no going around it and the society shouldn't be paying to keep these monsters alive.
